• Visual portion of brain stem appears normal. Forth ventricle is normal in position and dimensions.
• Basal cistern and perimesencephalic cisterns are normal.
• Cereballo pontine and angles are clear.

Supra tentorial sections :

• Both cerebral hemespheres show normal grey matter - white matter differentiation with normal appearance of convexity sulci. Sylvian fissures are normal. No focal lesions seen.
• Both basal ganglia and both thalami sho normal appearance.
• Internal capsules are normal on both sides.
• Both lateral ventricles are symmetrical and normal. Third ventricle is in mid line and is normal in dimension.
• Sellar and parasellar areas are normal. Supra sellar cistern is free.

NO extra axial collections seen. Calvarium appears norma.

Impression :

Findings suggest the possibilities of Low grade astrocytoma and Metastasis involving the paravermian area of right cerebellar hemisphere.

Both cerebral hemesphers are normal in configuration. The brain paranchyma shows normal pre and post contrast attenuation. Both lateral and third ventricles are normal. The cellar and para-cellar areas,meckles cave, SOF within normal limits. Sulci, cisterns and fissures are normal. No midline shift. NO evidence of exudates/infarcts/haemorrhages. C.P angles show no abnormality. cerebellum , brain stem and forth ventricles are normal. Skull vault and base normal. Visualised portions of orbits and paranasal sinuses do not show significant pathology.

Son of Mr. Ramachandran was admitted to Kottayam Medical College hospital on 01.07.2004 while he was 56 days old. He had EXTRAHEPATIC BILINARY ATRESIA ( NEONATALCHOLESTASIS ) and the medical experts suggested a surgery with a success rate almost Nil. He was discharged from the Hospital on 10.07.2004 morning, and the desperate parents met Dr. Mohan Kumar on the same day evening and the treatments started.

This 53 Year old man presented with abdominal distension from May 2004. he was evaluated elsewhere and laparatomy with mesenteric node biopsy was done which showed follicular lymphoma

Diagnosis : Mr. Vasu was diagnosed to have low grade Foliicular lymphoma involving intra abdominal nodes and bone marrow. He is admitted for second cycle CHOP chemotherapy.

Mr. Vasu presented with severe throat pain with inability to swallow and dysuria.He has complete two cycle of CHOP Chemotherapy for follicular lymphoma. He also has vomitting for 2 days.. Abdoman : Distented and free fluid present. Bilateral pedal edema present.

By 29.10.2004 , he was in bed at his home , unable to speak, swallow and move, his belly filled with fluid, Urine blocked, waiting for his last breath. As a last resort , his relatives approached Dr. Mohan Kumar and was taken to Mr. Vasu's house. Now Mr.Vasu is back in his office.

Mr. Sahadevan was initially treated at Amala Cancer Hospital, Trissur,Kerala. He was admitted for period of 57 days out of which 37 days treated with radiation. Finally Surgery was suggested and he was unable to afford the expenses. Accidently he saw an advertisement of German Homoeoclinic put up by Sri. Sukumaran, DCC President of Palakkad whose Cancer was cured completely by Dr.Mohan Kumar.

Now Mr. sahadevan leads a normal life. His Throat Cancer is gone with out surgery. This Photograph was taken during December 2004 and he permitted to publish the details on web as a gratitude to Dr. Mohan Kumar.

Bone Marrow Trephine : Involvement by Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma present.

PRESENT STATUS :

She is under treatment of german homoeo clinic for the last six years and leads a healthy and normal life. She is still under treatment and improving day by day.
